Privacy Policy (placeholder)

This is a placeholder for counsel-reviewed privacy language. It describes intended practices for the CompCheck product and this public informational site.

The public homepage does not collect account passwords or payment card data.
The CompCheck application (when hosted separately) stores account email, hashed passwords, usage counts, and lookup history as described in product documentation.
Marketplace queries are sent to official APIs when the operator configures credentials. CompCheck does not sell personal data.
Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe; CompCheck does not store card numbers.
Contact support to request account-related questions before a formal policy is published.
